Electronic Radiation Licensing and Services System (ERLS) Agreement

1. Users have the right to search and submit information where authorized by this website.
|
|
2. Users shall not intentionally harm the operations of ERLS, or alter the data in ERLS, or disclose the data to another party which you are not authorized to perform. Violation of the above can be a criminal offence and will be prosecuted under the relevant ordinances.

3. Users shall submit personal data for the purpose of application of the relevant licence or service pertaining to this website.

4. The contents of this website, including but not limited to all text, graphics, drawings, diagrams, photographs and compilation of data or other materials, are protected by copyright. The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is the owner of all copyright works contained in this website.

5. ERLS administrator reserves the rights to add, delete, omit, suspend or edit the materials at their absolute discretion without giving any reason nor prior notice. The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will not be liable for any errors in, omissions from, or misstatements or misrepresentations (whether express or implied) concerning any such information, and will not have or accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any loss, destruction or damage (including without limitation consequential loss, destruction or damage) however arising from or in respect of any use or misuse of or reliance on the information delivered on ERLS or on the electronic service delivered through ERLS or inability to use ERLS.

6. ERLS administrator reserves the rights to regularly update this agreement of usage and post as online statement in the front page of ERLS web site (www.erls.gov.hk).

7. This agreement has both the Chinese and English version. If there is any difference in the meaning on the contents of the two, the interpretation in the English version will prevail.
